พุฒิภัทรคลินิกให้บริการหัตถการความงามภายใต้การกำกับของแพทย์ที่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ บริการรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง:

Puttiphat Clinic provides aesthetic procedures under licensed medical supervision, including but not limited to:

• การปรึกษาแพทย์และวางแผนการรักษา
• Medical consultation and treatment planning
• หัตถการฉีด (ฟิลเลอร์ Botox PRP ฯลฯ)
• Injection procedures (filler, Botox, PRP, etc.)

• Device-based treatments (Ultherapy, Thermage, HIFU, etc.)

• Arrive on time. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

• Follow doctor's instructions before and after procedures

All procedures carry risks and results may vary by individual. The doctor will explain risks and side effects before treatment. Written consent is mandatory for all procedures.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages exceeding the service value.
